Söll
House Gratz lies in a beautiful sunny spot, on the road to the Gondel lift Söll (about 300 mt), and the village center (about 700 mt).
The surrounding areas of the region are easily and conveniently reached by the, "Kaiserjet" (courtesy village bus service), the bus stop is just down the road, about 50 mt away.
In winter, our house is the perfect location for a skiing holiday! "Ski in - Ski out".... the practice meadow with pommel lift, a feeder for the Gondel is outside the back door, ... In the evening, you ski to the door, directly at the house!
In summer, the location of our house is perfect, as both the Gondel lift, ....for you mountain Bikers, Hikers and Wanderers, or the "Ahornsee", (the recreational lake) swimmers, the tanners, the family, is only about 4 minutes on foot.
Our apartments are equipped with large balconies, which all allow a magnificent view of the surrounding skiing area and mountains.
There is fast and free WIFI throughout the property.
Should the booked apartment not be ready for occupancy on arrival, a locked luggage room is available.
